What are the methods of payment?

Cash on delivery
Select Cash On Delivery on the payment options. Please make sure the delivery address is within the serviceable area. Cash On Delivery is available only in selected areas and with our courier J&T. Cash On Delivery is NOT available for orders that are to be picked up from our logistics center.

Bank deposit or G-Cash
Select Bank Deposit or G-Cash on the payment options. Your order confirmation will be emailed, and the bank and G-Cash details should be shared to you. The total amount that should be deposited to our account within 48 hours. Once proof of deposit is submitted, our sales team will confirm to you when payment has been reflected to our account.

When will my orders be processed?

For Cash On Delivery, order will be processed as soon as the order has been placed.

For Bank Deposit and G-Cash payments, we will process your order once we receive the payment confirmation. 

What do I do if my promotion code/voucher doesn’t work?

Please verify that you entered the correct promotion code/voucher, and that they fall into the applicable date range. If the problem persists, please send us a message here

Delivery

The shipping courier will depend on customer’s preference upon check out. For standard deliveries, we have J&T as our courier. For customers (within Metro Manila) who wish to get their orders immediately, they may choose to book thru their own 3rd-party delivery apps (Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, Mr. Speedy, etc) to have their orders picked up from our logistics center. Orders are processed on business days (Mondays to Fridays), except for weekends and holidays. Orders may only be picked up anytime once orders are processed.

Orders with Cash on Delivery payments don’t have the option to pick up from our logistics center. All Cash on Delivery orders will have to be delivered by our courier partner, J&T.

FREE for orders P6,000 and above. 

Shipping rates vary depending on the number of items as well as the shipping location. You can check the shipping rates on the shopping bag summary. Below are the standard delivery time:

Metro Manila, 7 business day
Luzon, 10 business days
Visayas & Mindanao, 14 business days

Estimate delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. There might be a delay in receiving your orders during sale events, special holidays, and inclement weather.

Returns & exchange

All discounted priced items are considered final, and replacement due to change of mind is not allowed. However, special cases that allow for exchange are as follow:

  1. Electronic items delivered are defective
  2. Parcel has been opened or damaged prior delivery

Our policy lasts seven (7) business days from the date the customer receives the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with prepaid shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return. We will only be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred if the items shipped are different from the ones you ordered.

Warranty

Guarantee is given by the brands to customers who have purchased electronic products. Kindly keep your official sales invoice or online receipt (emailed to customer upon purchase) for repairs or replacement under valid warranty period and conditions.
